God has given me the opportunity to be part of Adventures in Mission as staff, working in my own country, serving my people and growing in God also through my work there.

The position entrusted to me is called Base Logistics Costa Rica. This role has the following functions:

* support logistically and spiritually the people who are part of the programs that the organization works with, such as Passport, World Race, Gap Year and others.

* support logistically and spiritually the ministries with which contact is currently established, seeking a closer connection between the organization and these, in order to cover physical and spiritual needs through my work and the participant´s work, that may exist and arise in the process.

* look for new ministerial connections that allow the expansion of the Kingdom of God in Costa Rica and thus support more institutions with the capacities and abilities of the participants that will be serving in the country.

* Maintain the same contact/functions in countries such as Panama, Nicaragua and some areas of the Caribbean.

Este trabajo consiste en apoyar logística y espiritualmente a los equipos de los diferentes programas que estarían llegando a Costa Rica (y los demás países que mencioné) a realizar su tiempo de voluntariado y evangelismo en los distintos ministerios que se tienen establecidos por el momento. Adicionalmente al cuido de las personas y ministerios con los cuales Adventures in Missions ha establecido relación y con los que en un futuro se establecerá con el fin de ampliar el impacto de la palabra de Cristo a través de los jóvenes que forman parte de estos programas como Passport, Gap Year, World Race y Viajes de Corto Plazo.

He estado pidiendo a Dios por la oportunidad de servirle de esta forma, de poder trabajar para su reino y así cuidar de lo que él ha estado ya trabajando.

Es así como los quiero hacer parte de este proceso y nuevo camino que estoy tomando, confiando en la voluntad de Dios y que él conoce los anhelos más profundos de mi corazón.
